Milk is undoubtedly the best natural moisturizer that nourishes and soothes the skin in an intensive manner. This is an amazing homemade face pack for normal skin that contains the goodness of milk along with almonds, aloe vera and honey – all of which are extremely beneficial for providing clear glowing skin.
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of almonds paste,
1 teaspoon pure aloe vera gel
honey mix well and apply it on clean face. Wait for 30 minutes and wash off with water.
Svayam Natural has a 100% natural Apricot rose scrub to prevent wrinkles and provide an even tone to the skin.
COLD SHOWER leads to healthier hair and skin. The cold water closes the cuticles to lock in the moisture, which results in shiny and healthy hair. The cold water for the skin, boost circulation, constrict blood vessels to temporarily tighten pores, and decreases redness and puffiness.
So how long does this cold shower need to be to reap these benefits? The research varies from 10 minutes to 30-60-90 (cold-hot-cold) to a quick 10 second. You decide what works for you! I typically finish my shower with cold water until I cannot hang anymore.
My Current Passion: DIY Skincare using ingredients in the fridge & pantry! I am not much of a cook, but this is so much fun! Ladies (and gents), We all have blemishes and breakouts that occur when life gets a bit stressful! Try this DIY natural face mask: Step One: Get 1 Tablespoon of Original Yogurt (Unflavored) and 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric. Step Two: Mix it all up really well into a paste. Step Three: Apply liberally on your face with a foundation makeup brush. Step Four: Chill for 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water. (Be careful though as turmeric is a dye and it can stain clothing and towels!) 🧖🏻♀️#beautyhacks#turmericandyogurtfacemask#blemishesbegone#diyskincare#turmericpower

// Instantly soft skin // when I don't need to use soap on O I like to throw different things in the bath with him. One of them being a muslin bag filled with oatmeal (which I did this evening). The bag keeps everything tidy - no bits going down the drain to clog things or mess left behind to clean. And his skin is CRAZY soft when I do this.

My next #diy attempt is facial moisturizing Oil. I took Argan Oil + Rosehip Oil and added in 4 drops of Frankincense to mine. Did you know that Frankincense is great for acne and clearing skin up? I’m excited to see how it all works on my crazy postpartum skin!
Then for hubbys I added Cedarwood oil which is supposed to be great for akin clarifying and has an earthy manly scent. .
I’m excited to see how they work for both of us! I’ll update in a month!
What should I DIY with oils next?
