The healthier the people the stronger the community. This is reflected in all aspects physically (of course) but mentally and spiritually as well. Fitness is something that is very important in my life. Not so much the physical aspect but more so the demand for consistency the habits it helps you to build. You can't just workout sometimes or eat right sometimes if you want real results it demands for you to change.
In helping to assist with your change me and my homegirl @itsrelleeeee wanted to bring to you a weekly Saturday morning bootcamp starting April 14th. The bootcamp will be local most likely the park off Demott Lane or Sabella still considering. We hope by then the weather will be fully broken (this snows killing me) and we can really enjoy some fun under the sun Battle ropes resistance band training plyometics and more.
