I have a thing for miniature fruit right now. Paradise pears are just adorable at just over 1 inch long and they taste a lot like apples. Found these at Harris Farm. If you have eczema or chemical sensitivity the pears you want to choose are the regular varieties as they are naturally low in chemicals when peeled. Not nashi or the ones that taste like apples. I love pear crumble with toasted oats and maple syrup ... scroll for the pics. During this shoot my son only smiled when he finalllllly got to eat the crumble. Big hit. #theeczemadetox Crumble photos by the talented @inallthingsbeautiful
I’ve dealt with eczema for years and it’s been very manageable thanks to a completely chemical free lifestyle. I am almost 100% sure it’s a gluten sensitivity, but at this point I’m not quite willing to give it all up to find out ♀️ During the dry winter months is usually when it flares up, and it’s only ever on 2 spots on the back of my neck. We stopped in @aurorasapothecary over the weekend and this salve was recommended to help it! It’s only been 2 days of applying it and the change is huge so far!! I’ll post an update in a few days, but so far I can’t recommend this enough!! #NaturalRemedies#Eczema
RP @ullenka_ - “Henry has had eczema since birth. It was not very bad when he was a baby. Just on his cheeks. As he got older it slowly got worse and worse. By two it was quite bad every winter with clearing in the summer, by four it was bad all year round. The doctors kept telling us he would grow out of it but clearly that wasn’t happening. Year 6 and 7 were the worst just before we started this diet he was absolutely miserable. Missing school, couldn’t sleep, in screaming pain all the time. We tried everything. Different diets, he has been off dairy completely since 3, we tried gluten free, probably 4 or 5 other diets I read about. Some worked a little bit nothing really worked enough. We tried clearing our house of as many chemicals as possible. I home made all of our cleaning products, our shampoo etc. We also went to many doctors, dermatologists etc. they just gave us steroid creams and didn’t really have any other solutions. The topical steroid worked when we used it, but I tried not to use it often because I new ultimately that it wasn’t good for him. We got blood and stool tests to see if anything else was going on but everything came back clear. We had some really hard times. He was in the hospital for a week with a staph infection on his whole body. Which meant major antibiotics, which made his eczema worse after the infection was healed. We started going to a naturopath and got him on supplements to help heal his gut and organs so that they would function better. While this helped, again it didn’t make enough of a difference. Just before we started the diet we used steroid ointment again and instead of helping this time it made him worse. I don’t know if he was building up an intolerance or what. But it was horrible...” The rest of the story please read on my blog:
Diet is very important when it comes to healing your skin (and the internal body) from eczema irritation. We’ve come up with a list of cooling foods to help you plan how to stock your fridge! #EAAtip#EAA#eczema

Celery: A leafy stalk herb that is 95% water. That might seem simple, but when you dive into all the amazing benefits that celery supports your body with, you would never go a day without it. Celery is one of the top anti-inflammatory food simply because it starves yeast, mold, fungus, viruses and bad bacteria in your body. Not only does Celery starve those pathogens, it flushes out their toxins and debris from your liver and intestinal track. In addition to that, celery improves kidney function, helps restore the adrenals, and helps clear brain fog. It honestly does a lot more, andyou can read about it on @medicalmedium. .
I found his page after searching for Cures for #Acne, #Eczema, Low #Libido and no sex drive, #Insomnia, #aches and #pains, #thyroid function, #adrenalfatigue , #depression and #Anxiety.
I ordered his books and they arrived two days ago. I have already read them and am making my grocery list to implement Choice C from his 90 day Thyroid Rehab. .
How crazy is it that something so simple as #Celery can help #alkalinize your gut and help your body heal itself?? I cannot wait to see how implementing @medicalmedium advice heals my body from the inside out.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and gift with me, Anthony William. I am beyond grateful for this step in my healing journey. .

[Monday Update] It has been 4 weeks since my last dose of Dupixent. Skin is doing amazing. Hair is slightly feeling dry, but overall doing well. Started my vegan journey for the next 30 days. Still practicing intermittent fasting. Drinking black coffee now almost everyday for energy reasons. Now the real issue is...I’m BEYOND exhausted So much so that I sleep right through my multiple alarm clocks. Granted, I don’t get much sleep (4-5 hours on average) and I’m currently handling a lot on my plate. However, every time I take Dupixent, I feel as though my energy level shoots up! I will try different things (taking supplements/probiotics, etc) before taking another dose of Dupixent! I’m hoping to push my next dose till week 6!That’s all for now my tsw/eczema warriors ! Feel free to message me with any questions! Happy Monday and sending you all blessings and health
