"Taking a path of competitive shiny hunter is not always easy. You either get the shinies competitive or never get them at all, that's all what matters"
As my story suggested, I found a shiny Zapdos yesterday morning but unfortunately it was a Jolly one, which forced me to soft reset over it (see my story highlight for the video) Then I came home with full determination, hunted it for 10 hours straight where I finally found it just before I was about to stop for the day. Shiny Zapdos with a Modest nature as I wanted is mine Caught perfectly in a Level ball. It has Hidden Power Dark which means I cannot use Hidden Power in the moveset, but it is not a problem as I have worked on another set
Zapdos has been an all-time meta for many years. The Electric/Flying type offers a perfect defensive and offensive capability, having only two weaknesses. It has a high base SpAtk of 125 along with nice bulk and good speed tier. Thunderbolt is the main STAB move that if used with the Z-Crystal, can wreck any mons that don't resist it very easily. Heat Wave is a coverage move that is good for doubles as it is a spread move. Tailwind doubles the speed of Zapdos and ally, while Roost keeps Zapdos healthy throughout the game
