Ah Sunday... Today i finally finished my 8 week program with @fitnessblender#fb30 My stats are posted compared to the beginning of the program. I made improvements, but lots more to gain. Tomorrow I’m starting to workout with my I’m excited to have a buddy for my journey as we both want to live healthy fulfilling lives! New program in March this week we’re focusing on a routine together with free #fitnessblender workouts but I will be posting for accountability. A good year awaits me & I don’t want extra weight holding me back! ♀️

Do 3-4 sets of this superset depending on your fitness level .
For the chest flys make sure the dumbbells cross the middle of your chest
For the overhead extensions, make sure your forearms touch your biceps
