Our kids and friends love exploring the Medieval castle at Carcassonne. This site became important when the Romans began building the hilltop around 100 BC. It gained prominence during the Medieval period in France, and the Méthode Traditionelle was invented in Limoux cellars a few miles from here in the mid 16th century. Our vineyards are about 15 minutes from this castle. But the kids would much rather storm the castle lost in amazement and wonder than talk about boring stuff like disgorgement schedules. We get it. #family#familyovereverything#heritage#realwine#carcasonne#whatmattersmost
Today was a very emotional day as we celebrated the life of my final grandparent, my beautiful Nan. Being 19 and losing one of the most influential people in my life has been pretty tough. Knowing that you will never be able to speak or see someone you had such a strong and bold connection with is something that today all came tumbling down. With tears rolling down my face, carrying you out today was a moment that I will hold heavy in my heart forever. -
My nanna lived an extraordinary life and anyone that knew her, knows that she touched people where ever and who ever she spoke to. I will forever cherish our very special relationship, the values you have taught me, and the memories we shared together So proud and blessed to be apart of my family. -

Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
We live in a world where we all fall short of being perfect, we fall short of showing forgiveness even when we forget how much we have been forgiven. A world where depending on how much flesh you show, will determine how many followers you get. Sometimes WE fall under those “following”, and we hurt ourselves and those around us. Point is, when we let God’s word be our light, darkness falls. The masks that we put on... they melt, they fall, they don’t fit anymore. They might be good for a little while, months or years. When we encounter the love of the Father -> Jesus, we find the meaning of life. Walking in his light is far beyond better than walking in darkness. In darkness we fall, we hurt, we kill, we die.
Let us have a heart of a child. Sweet, dependent, humble and attentive to the voice of our creator. #TheBestIsYetToCome#VousChurch#MyThanksgiving#FamilyOverEverything#Jesus#Family#LoveEndures#Faith#InnerPeace#Fatherhood#GodIsGood#IsabellaBotero#Hope#Santa#Christmas
