The only thing I ate today was one piece of vitamin gummy (15calories) I felt so dizzy during practice and it was a workout out today. It was suppose to be 4 sets of 2x200 and 1x800 but it got cut short to 3 sets bcuz it was getting late and it was raining. I’m so tempted to eat fruits rn...I’m feel so weak and I have no energy. Has anyone used the Calorie Counter app before? It’s extremely simple compared to MFP but I can’t tell if I like that or not since returning to MFP standard instead of premium I’ve been a little turned off by how restricted it is to non paying customers AND how many bloody adverts they’ve added to the app! I’m also discouraged by the inaccurate database that isn’t regulated. This app seems to have more accuracy about it. Has anyone else tried it? It’s £1.99 per month but I’m on a 7 day no obligation trial at the moment...
