Here are some of my personal favorite HIIT workouts. The first one holds a special place in my heart because this is what got me started with HIIT. It is so simple but what makes it different is that you are working for the whole 6 minutes rather than taking a rest period. The high knees serve as a substitute for a rest period because they are easier compared to the rest, but you are still moving your body the whole time.
I also love the first because you can literally do it in your room at home!
If these are too hard or too easy, you can alter the rest/working periods to suit your needs

February Challenge: Day - 21 Ring push-ups. I did mine suspended which is a more difficult way to do it. If you need to scale down you can do it with your feet on a box. You can also do the pushups inclined (leaning) on the rings. An example of Day 22 - Touch pushups will be posted tomorrow if there is a change I’ll let you all know the new one. The only goal is to hold yourself accountable and do 28 push-ups each day no excuses. Hope you join in and push yourself. #28pushupsfor28days
