Honest post here.....
So i have slacked on my goals for a little while now and it shows. It sucks to feel my goals and my body slip threw my fingers but there is no one to blame but myself. .
I know that it is time to push myself again and time to get back to eating healthier. It would probably help if i didn't go home super often and my mom would stop tempting me with my favorite sweets that i never eat.
But i know with my support group that i can be better and they can help me improve
