Today I was asked how I take in so much protein and keep my caloric intake low. Its all about the snacks! Some of my favorite protein packed snacks are cottage cheese (low fat preferably), edamame, hummus and veggies or even roasted chickpeas, string cheese, nut butter ( I switch it up so I don't get bored) with bananas, almonds, Greek yogurt ( makes sure it's low in sugar, also noosa makes a great high protein yogurt I believe it's Australian), avocado toast with hard boiled egg slices. Lunch and dinner could be anything from lentil soup to boneless skinless chicken and veggies.
