Retour en force sur IG après un début d'année pas des plus simples, but "the show must go on" et nous aussi !

Petit shooting maillot de bain, pour constater l'étendue de dégâts avant l'été, ou pas. Heureusement, pas mal d'entrainement running, vélo et natation ces derniers mois. Des courses 👟 des canicross 🐕 du triathlon 🏊. Le bilan de profil et de dos est correct. De face... Moyen... Ces cuisses ont besoin d'être affinées ! D'une part, pour être plus performante en trail (aïe les côtes) et d'autre part, on va pas se mentir, pour les vacances aussi 😁🌴🌊 Le cardio est-il adapté pour cela ? J'ai l'impression qu'il n'est pas suffisant. Reprise envisagée du renforcement à la maison, le TBC (même sans avoir été au bout) ayant plutôt été probant l'année dernière.
