This is a brilliant #Pilates exercise sequence to engage & fire up the gluteal muscles Lie on your side, with legs & hips stacked on top of each other. Engage core.
Rotate top leg so the foot is pointing down
Inhale prepare. As you exhale, elevate the top leg towards the ceiling (work within your own flexibility range). The slower & longer the out breath, the more effective the exercise will be. Repeat x 10!
Rotate the leg so it's parallel and continue to elevate on the exhale, nice & slowly 10 times.
Rotate leg so it's pointing up towards the ceiling. Again, lift the leg 10 times
Finally, bend the knee on the inhale, as you exhale, extend to really engage the quad muscles.

I've said this before, I would never condone putting all your eggs in one basket, completely quitting your job, and starting your own business. Yes that sounds amazing but you do need a leg to stand on. This is why I advocate for baby steps. Take your time and be patient..
With a detailed list of a plan of attack, your goals can become reality before you know it. Make sure each day you are taking the necessary steps to progress forward and in no time, you'll realize why you set out to do this..
It may take some time to realize what you truly want to do/be so take your time, make sure it's what really kick starts your day. You can ask anyone who is living their dream that with constant hard work, and patience, they were able to make their dream their lifestyle..
