Dinner tonight is mindblowing!!! Both Brian and I had a part in tonight's feast and everything came out sooo freakin good!
Mojo steak, marinated in sweet onion bacon viniagrette, roasted yukon potato wedges with shallots and parsley and my homemade bourbon ketchup, and steamed green beans with sauteed garlic and red peppers.

This was my breakfast & lunch the past two days of working 🀀 i ate my supper too fast both nights to remember a pic πŸ˜‚ this is my usual brekky on work days bc it’s an easy prep and bc it really hits the spot in the morning - 1 egg + 2 servings of egg whites, turkey bacon, & whole wheat toast (1 with sugar low sugar jelly & 1 with spray butter). Lunch was a chicken sausage, roasted sweet potatoes, & roasted squash. My unpictured supper was brown rice, buffalo chicken i made in the crockpot, & a Laughing Cow Swiss cheese mixed in. Lots of snacks too! I think that’s the key to staying on track when I’m working...& really talking to myself πŸ€ͺ i made 4 Girl Scout cookies fit my macros for the day today πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ & when i got home tonight i did an inclined walk bc i just couldn’t get up early before work today.
