Petit bilan de ma semaine sans sport et sans Insta. 🔆Côté réseaux, ça fait du bien de déconnecter parfois. C'est bon pour l'esprit.
Loin des réseaux, je me suis remise à lire mes bouquins d'ado. Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas lu de romans (par manque de temps) et pour le coup c'était appréciable. Comme quoi la vie n'est pas que sur Internet. 🔆Côté sport, mes muscles maintenant reposés, je devrais éviter les blessures de fatigue.
Ça ne m'a pas manqué plus que ça... C'est bien aussi de ne rien faire 🤔
Mais pour le coup j'ai plein d'énergie à revendre 😆 🔆Côté alimentation, j'ai pas forcément fait attention a ce que jai mangé, et je m'en fou. Je me suis fait plaisir et j'en suis contente.
Si on travaille toute une année et qu'on ne peut même pas lâcher la pression ça ne sert à rien.

Bref j'ai passé une bonne semaine et me revoilà en pleine forme 💪🏻 Mes objectifs pour les mois à venir :
- Reussir a tenir en équilibre 🙃
- Reprendre la course à pied 🏃
- Me faire plaisir.

Conclusion : Lâcher prise de temps en temps c'est bon pour le corps et l'esprit 😉

Spending an hour doing back bending this morning.
I think we should start calling it front stretching instead. For a long time, I thought back bending meant back stretching and only focused on my back. I have been struggling with going deeper in a backbend and thought that my back was not flexible enough. It was not until I took a PT course and read yoga books from Bandha Yoga that I understood more about this.
You need to lengthen your front shoulders, chest, abs, and hip flexors. Your glutes and hamstrings need to be activated to help you release tension from the lower back. And a muscle is tight maybe because it is weak, so strengthening a muscle is also necessary in flexibility training.
My back bend is nowhere near I want it to be, but at least I know where to start.
