1)Elevated Dumbbell Squats
2)Straight Leg Dumbbell Dead Lifts
3)Single Leg Leg Press
4)Standing Abduction Press
3 sets of 12 repetitions @60%-70%
Great group of exercises. Today's lifts target one's Quadriceps, Hamstrings and Glutes(Buttock).
We completed each exercise in an AB circuit, which each was paired with another to complete a super set. This forces a slight bit of cardio and also included a 30-45 second break between every 2 sets to get the maximum repetition range.
