Once a month I get my period (obviously) and currently no matter how hard I have been working out this week I bloat to the beginning. But I refuse to give up the pic on the left is last week and the other was 1st day of my cycle so not even the worst of the worst bloating. Day 2 I can’t get out of bed without wanting to cry. But it’s Day 3 and I think I am good enough to go to the gym. This is my only week to take my time until Christmas. Week 10 is in full swing it’s up to me to keep moving forward.
