Today is my birthday, which means treating myself to a good meal and a few drinks. Am I going to throw the whole day out the window, nutrition-wise? Nope! Am I going to stress over calories or choices? Nah. I'm going to keep it balanced and enjoy myself. And I'm going to load up on my daily superfoods with some added fiber and greens, to help buffer tonight's celebration. I'm going to go down to the basement and push play on my workout. I'm not going to punish myself by restricting and avoiding what I want, but I'm also not going to punish myself by overloading myself with things that don't do me any good either. It's about B A L A N C E.
