The best preparation for tomorrow, is doing your best today. Give anything you do your TRUE 100% best, and even if you “fail” you can still say that gave your best which is always better than not giving anything at all.
About 4 years ago I was accepted into the SWAT Division as a K9 Handler and after 2 years transferred over to the Entry Team. It is crazy how much I have grown and learned since I started.
When this picture was taken I had already been a cop working the street for about 5 years and had no idea what I was getting myself into when I entered the SWAT world. Needless to say I am very grateful I did but hats off to all of you men and women out there working a beat, because being a Patrol officer is the hardest Job out there.
Not sure where I was going with this. I just remember going through this SWAT school 4 years ago and being so nervous having all the "SWAT guys" around me watch me fumble with my magazines during exchanges, get tangled up in my sling during support side transition drills, and blow my 90's during movement inside houses.
