I did this one pan hake fillet for dinner took me about 15 mins in total.
I washed 2 fresh hake fillets and seasoned them with salt, pepper, green chilli and garlic.
I then warmed up some butter and olive oil in a pan. I added the fish and cooked them on both sides. I poured over some pre-made, lemon-garlic butter sauce mixed with some fresh cream. I let the fish poach in the sauce for a few mins and voila! A dash of fresh herbs and done.
This is for when you're really late but you still want to make a good impression
