If working out only could be done in the gym. If it only meant lifting weights. If it had to be dead serious. If it required a specific program and the only goal was to get better and fitter every day... it wouldn't be such a big part of my life. Of that I am sure.
But... because there is no right or wrong. Because the possibilities are endless. Because I don't have to crush every workout. Because I'm not primarily motivated by how it makes me look. Because I can just have fun with it. Because I have the freedom and the creativity to do physical activity wherever and whenever I want... For this years last session we decided to do 2017 reps!
200 air squats
200 box jumps
200 KB swings
200 shoulder press
200 push ups
200 sit ups
17 pull ups
Since we were two we ended up with little over 1000 reps each... so...the more friends who joines the wod... less reps per person! Who is in?
