For this years last session we decided to do 2017 reps!
200 air squats
200 box jumps
200 KB swings
200 shoulder press
200 push ups
200 sit ups
17 pull ups
Since we were two we ended up with little over 1000 reps each... so...the more friends who joines the wod... less reps per person! Who is in? For most people, it's not about crushing one personal record after the other, or being the strongest and most shredded individual at the gym.
For the majority, it's about exercising enough to benefit physically and psychologically from it. It's usually about getting a little better, a little stronger and a little more satisfied with yourself.
Even if you take small steps, you are still moving forward and that`s more than good enough.
I want to challenge everyone to set some small everyday goals. One week at a time, but hopefully something you can continue doing.
