☆ BEGINNER ☆
Yes I am a beginner and yes I make mistakes . If I you want to learn something new you have to make mistakes and feel insecure at times. If you aren’t making any you also aren’t learning or making any progress .
Don’t get me wrong I am going to the gym for a long time, but since last year I am trying to use different (lose) weights etc. Maybe I am not going as fast as everyone else, but I am making progress, overcome my insecurities and that’s more important to me. And I also want to practice what I preach and learn about these uncomfortable situations and feelings.
I also notice that (mostly) women, are insecure of their age (35+) and being a beginner. They see so many young women in the gym who are full of ambition and self-confidence and it makes them feel insecure. Please don't be and get out of your comfortzone.
Remember : Everybody feels insecure about something, also these young women (and men). You just have to overcome your fears by facing them. I really was insecure about placing this picture because I didn’t know If I was doing this right, if my posture was right and also because I am not using any weights (yet). But f*** it, I am learning. Everyone has to start somewhere.
