First off abs are 100% a product of how lean you are. If you arenโ€™t lean enough they wonโ€™t be visible. That being said if you want to build them and make them pop more when lean check out this hack for the cable crunch.

I used to hate cable crunches because they were awkward and uncomfortable. Now they are one of my favorites. I saw this nifty little hack on a t nation article awhile ago and it made them feel awesome!

๐Ÿ‘‰Set in the ball and squeeze the ball between your calves and hamstrings. This will active more muscle throughout the core.
