#Meditation I am somebody that needs to constantly try to empty my mind because its sooooo active and goes on a loop. Not everybody is like this but I am and what works for me most of the time is meditation combined with many other aspects of a healthy lifestyle, but you actually have to do it LOL The most important thing is discovering and having constant awareness of what works for you to have the healthiest mind body heart and soul. Your mind is a tool that you can control,if you choose to. It can be an asset that allows you to experience wonderful things. It can also be a source of pain and misery if you let it fixate on negative thoughts such as fear and all its manifestations. Emptying your mind releases what’s taking precious space in your mind and heart that’s not serving you. Once you process what’s on your mind, you gain perspective. You act, when needed, from clarity and truth. You no longer feed the loop. Sometimes I procrastinate with my mindfulness because I already intuitively know what is going to be at the end of my clarity gains are hard hard decisions and not the ones that I want to make. Free writing an exercise are a couple other great tools to give yourself a reset. I believe for me, that the universe would like me to be happy and live in love, not anxiety, sadness, worry, or regret. It's crazy and I don't know when this happened in the world but it seems like it's easier to be unhealthy than healthy, it is a lot of work. Benched Monday nice and light working back in 5x10... Picked up a chesty cough thing on my week off (typical) so this KICKED MY ASS!

Haven't squatted anything over 5 reps for a while!

Did plan on speed Deadlifts too but lower back pump was ridiculous so took it steady !

Feels good to have a training plan let's see how far it goes being a bit lighter etc
