Hip thrustinggg adding a lot more of these into my workouts now and having these as my main lift on leg day.. My glutes are realllyyy underactive so although I like squatting I tend to feel it a lot more in my quads.. and I often get lower back pain due to tight hammies and an annoying butt wink when I go low I used to hip thrust heavy.. I think PB being about 130kg but taken it right down, concentrating on form and reallyyyy squeezing the glutes. Trying to keep my chin to chest as per @bretcontreras1 instructions definitely feel it more this way hopefully see some booty gains real soon
