Early a.m. #primaljoe garage pull ups. I've been training at home for years. Mainly because I'm able to save time and remain consistent with my workouts. If I had to drive, sit in traffic, and look for parking, I'm not sure how consistent I would be, seriously...I dislike traffic. How much do you really need other than your bodyweight, a program and maybe a few select pieces of equipment ? Not much unless your a pro athlete, and that is debatable - aka Herschel Walker @therealherschel34 who was a pro football player for 12 yrs that only trained with his body weight. If training at your local gym and with a trainer/coach is motivating for you and its in your budget than by all means do it. But if your looking to get fit and save time, then home workouts might be for you. Comment with training questions or e-mail me Joe@primaljoe.com.
