An exercise bike is literally my best friend 🤗 when away travelling. I find it to be the perfect source of cardio release at whatever hotel I am staying at.

And I must credit the exercise bike for helping me shred the excess weight I had gained back in 2015. I always have a podcast ready to listen to whilst on the bike as it helps pass the time.

If you're new to exercising then maybe try listening 👂to a podcast as it will help you focus less on how much time you have left to pedal. Originally I was too focused on how long I had done, how long I had left to do etc but the podcast allowed me to just zone out and the time flew by and didn't feel like a prolonged chore. I grew to enjoy hour long sessions due to podcasts!!! 👍👍👍
