Ended today workout with a 10 minute bleacher run! great way to end a workout based with weights. measured my maxs for bench press, dead lift, and squats!
Workout i did today:
Warmup: 10 minute jog around the school
Weights (just measuring maxs to track progress)
bench press: 18 pounds (couldโ€™ve done more, was just sore)
dead lift: 95 pounds
squat: 115 pounds
End cardio: 10 minute bleacher run (up and down the bleachers and run between the the steps that are a part of the bleachers)
Overall iโ€™m proud of my dead lift and squat! had a good little session full of increasing my weight after each attempt so i felt like i got a good workout

To really isolate the bicep for a great contraction, keep the elbows pinned back and tucked against the side of your torso. It minimizes the shoulder involvement in the exercise and provides a better range of motion.
