Ended today workout with a 10 minute bleacher run! great way to end a workout based with weights. measured my maxs for bench press, dead lift, and squats!
Workout i did today:
Warmup: 10 minute jog around the school
Weights (just measuring maxs to track progress)
bench press: 18 pounds (could’ve done more, was just sore)
dead lift: 95 pounds
squat: 115 pounds
End cardio: 10 minute bleacher run (up and down the bleachers and run between the the steps that are a part of the bleachers)
Overall i’m proud of my dead lift and squat! had a good little session full of increasing my weight after each attempt so i felt like i got a good workout
Anyone else fascinated with the progress we make weekly? FYI I’ll flex in the mirror and look at what needs more attention then apply that shit and continue to take progress pics w/o clothes of course. There is no better feeling than making results then going back and comparing them to the old ones..... ok, now let me take out the trash.
