Letztens war es wieder soweit; Formcheck beim Coachi. 🙈

Ich befinde mich im 7. Monat meines Aufbaus und das sind die Fakten:💡 11.03.2017: 23%, 67kg, 101cm 🍑

22.11.2015: 24%, 62kg, 97cm🍎

01.08.2016: 15.3%, 53 kg, 89cm🍏

Seit dem vorletzten Check-up arbeite Ich mit Carb-Cycling 🚲was bedeutet, dass Ich an trainingsfreien Tagen ein paar carbs gestrichen habe.
Der Kalüberschuss war nach wie vor vorhanden: 3000 Kalorien an Trainingstagen, 2500 an trainingsfreien Tagen. 😝 Zuvor waren es täglich 3500 Kalorien.😂 Im Training wurde ein Tag integriert, an dem Ich mit schweren Grundübungen und hohem Volumen eine Art HIT Einheit absolvierte.👊 Ziel des Ganzen war es, neben dem weiteren Aufbau an Muskulatur, die vorhandene Muskulatur zu festigen und an Qualität und Tiefe zu arbeiten ohne weiter zu «verfetten».😏 Der Formcheck war gg; Ich speichere im Bauch und Po Bereich am meisten Fett und Wasser. 👇 Meine Taille hat knapp 3 cm Umfang verloren, bei gleichbleibendem Gluteus. Das Gewicht ging auch leicht nach unten.

Wir sind jetzt mit den Kalorien etwas tiefer gegangen und haben das Cardio auf 1,5h die Woche erhöht. 👅
Mal sehen ob Ich weiter wachse bzw. Muskeln halten kann und was aus der Form wird.
