At 1:51am this morning crews responded to a residential chimney fire on NW HWY 47 north of HWY 26. No injuries were reported to civilians or firefighters.
Upon arrival, crews found the home filled with smoke and a smuldering fire creeping upwards from the first floor towards the roof of the two-story home inside the wall along the chimney.
Week 2, day 1. Today was rough. Went up in weight and instead of 2x15 we did 3x10. Throwing the extra rep in there was really challenging but I didn't give up! My arms are jello now
As I was nearing the middle of the second rep I really wanted to stop pushing hard. I wanted to start half-assing it. Then I thought, this is the very first thing I'm doing on Monday morning. How I push through this workout sets the tone for the rest of my week. Do I want a half-assed week? That's when I dug deep and finished strong. It definitely wasn't pretty, but it's done!
