I honestly should win an award for how good I was at hiding my arms, avoiding full body shots & cropping pictures so that you couldn't see the 20+ pounds I had gained!! It's near impossible finding before photos to share with you all!

Eatting healthy and clean is the key to loosing weight. I haven't ate out anywhere in so long because that was one of my biggest downfalls. Anywhere you go to eat the portions are too big and meals are usually around 600 to 1200 calories. Tonight I went out to eat @chilis I had a 6oz steak with roasted tomatoes, avocado, and a small salad all for 400 calories. I can't tell you how happy I was when I finished the whole meal and was satisfied and full. Being healthy is eazy. You just have to make the best decisions for you to hit your goals.
