Alright guyssss!!! I️ think I’m finally over the worst of my illness and soooo ready to get back on a regular training program !!! ♀️♀️🧘🏼♀️ Finally getting some energy back!! 🤩 Which is why me and my girls start a brand new 5 day only program this weekend and I️ couldn’t be more happy!! Wanna feel good when I️ eat all that delicious holiday food!! How’d I️ get so lucky to find this fit girl group to hold me accountable with only 30 minutes of work a dayyy?!! Literally around 8:30 I had to jump off the couch faster than anything because I remembered it was Friday and the gym closes an hour earlier than on weekdays. Plus it was leg day which is my longest day, so I was tight I had enough time to workout but not much time to record for you guys. Sometimes I get so caught up in wanting to record that it throws me off my routine a bit. Besides I suck at trying to record myself, idk how some of you do it lol. Maybe I'll just focus on videos when I'm working out with my sis, that way she can be my camera man and I take less breaks ♀️Anywayyyyy I'm sure you don't care about all that, sooo I hope you guys have a fun and safe weekend
