Progress shot. I recently started going back to planet fitness and the results are already showing. I usually do at home workouts, but I find I push myself more in the gym. I had a client give me some advice last week that stuck with me. She said, ultimately, the two biggest decisions you’ll make in life are how you choose to spend it and who you choose to spend it with.
As frustrating as the little things can become, as easy as it can be to sweat the small stuff and complain about the day to day- I can genuinely say I love how I’ve chosen to spend my time. I love what I do, I love working with people one on one. I love the fact that I get to have conversations like this with my clients, to be their support and teach them while also constantly learning and growing from them. As for the WHO? I wake up feeling lucky everyday because of who I’ve chosen to share my life with.
If you don’t feel this way about your what or your who, the good thing is, it’s never too late to change that. There was a time when I wasn’t happy with either of my choices. I can’t believe sometimes what a different person I am now that I’ve made choices that are in alignment with me. And if you haven’t figured out what those are to you yet? Don’t settle on either of the two biggest decisions you’ll ever make. Be picky in your pursuit. ✌️ happy Monday friends 💕
