What was my BIGGEST barrier to getting healthy? My SOCIAL LIFE ♀️I would eat perfectly all week long, but once the weekend hit my good habits I was trying to cultivate went right down the drain because HAPPY HOUR! DINNER WITH GAL PALS! BRUNCH LIFE! It was a never ending cycle of ups and downs in my fitness journey and I was always filled with regret Sunday night.
I was truly at a loss. I knew I wouldn’t give up hanging with my friends, but I also wanted to find a way not to “ruin” all my hard work on the weekends….Enter this coaching life. Seriously, I have never felt more in control of seeing my friends, enjoying dinner out with my boyfriend, and not feeling like I can’t stick with my meal plan. Through practice and little changes, I finally don’t hesitate when someone asks me to grab drinks or head to a party. I know that I have the ability to ENJOY my life and still keep it all in check.
