No matter who you are and where you are in you journey we all struggle with it. Today I couldn't peel myself out of bed. Knowing I didn't need to get my son up for school and had some time to spare with Alexa I just laid in bed. Sometimes you need to give yourself a pep talk to get moving, sometimes you need to look to other people, some look to motivational speeches or quotes, BUT... the biggest motivation is to remember why you started!!! many of us our WHY goes well beyond just loosing a few lbs. it is about how we want to feel, wanting to play with our kids, wanting to see our kids grow old, and being a good role model. Hey maybe you may have even lost someone close to because they were no taking care of them self like I have. These are things we need to think about when we don't want to do our workout, when we want to eat the donut, cookies, cake, etc!!!!
Dig deep into your why and have it be the FUEL to drive to better yourself each and everyday!
#freezerstashfriday Because sometimes breastfeeding looks like this- time, effort, and love pumping bottles. Thanks to Missy for sharing the pic who describes breastfeeding her second child as a "Rollercoaster," but also says, "that was a good day in my freezer." Seriously! The need for support doesn't necessarily stop with your second child, but hopefully you know when to put your hand up and ask this time around.
