After a long day at work I would go pick up my daughter from daycare, come home, prepare dinner, eat, prepare everything for the next day and then watch TV until it was time to do the bedtime routine.
When I was first approached with joining a challenge group, I didn’t think I needed it. I was already working out and mostly eating healthy. I didn’t need any help. Why pay for something I’m already doing??
Then my doctor tells me I’m exercising too much which is causing amenorrhea.. HUGE curveball.. Especially when trying to EXPAND the family..
All I knew was cardio and I’ve established a diet and lifestyle based on doing the elliptical for 3hrs a day… I didn’t know how I was going to balance the two..
Thankfully, my good friend from college, Meghan, reached out to me again in regards to joining her challenge group and about the coaching opportunity and I decided why not?! I needed some structure in the health and fitness realm. I knew I needed to be active but I needed to LEARN how much is too much. I needed to LEARN what a portioned/balanced meal looked like. I needed to LEARN a better LIFESTYLE!
