#SundaySecret ) I don't ever use a timer or meat thermometer when grilling. I don't follow a recipe, or a plan. I cook 100% aesthetically. When the food looks like a magazine picture, it's done.
So far, no one has contracted a foodborne Illness yet, but it's obviously not a surefire system.
