First of all I want to thank all my friends and family for being there for me all the time and getting me through the rough times in life and trust me there has been a lot but they never left my side and all the support I've gotten on my account even though I haven been posting recently I have still seen endless support for my fitness grind and right now I am in better shape then I have ever been in and it is thanks to everyone in my life. Anyway if you are reading this and you're going through a struggle in life remember not to keep it to yourself talk to someone it helps trust me because I used to bottle all my emotions up but that only tore me apart but after letting my feelings and thoughts out all the support I have just built me up I am forever grateful for my life and I would change nothing just remember everyone you all have somebody to talk to and don't ever let the hardships in life break you down remember stay positive and keep grinding. Midnight cleans and squats... So... Let's chat a bit about self-motivation, circumstances and your decisions.
The past 2 weeks I've pushed myself like almost never before. I have never been this tired in my life, to the point I had to postpone training or not being able to finish. These are circumstances which will pass and I'm constantly holding to that though (having amazing friends I can whine to is helping massively!). Last night I slept only 4 hours, getting home from work not able to nap as I had an insane amount of caffeine to cope with my day.
In my head, I had a choice, I either waste my time, or go train. I rested my body with some music on... Then read my check ins with my coach @_jcstrength_ and I was instantly motivated seeing what I'm capable of.
When you want something, you just go for it. There's no such thing as no time, energy and any other silly excuses I've heard. There are circumstances which can be changed if you decide to prioritise something you truly want. There is always a way! Always.
My priority is training. More than physique, so much more, you can't fully comprehend unless you do it. Therapy, empowerment, and when you take less bullshit from yourself, your interpersonal relationships improve as well. A new outlook on life, a different mindset, and you're off to make it no matter what!
It hasn't been my best session, but hey, I've given 110% anyway!
