Client update! Jan has lost a total of 68lbs! He's two pounds away from his goal weight which is 200lbs. We've done this correctly and slowly. We've been on this journey for 7 months! He eats what I tell him to eat, he doesn't complain during the workouts and he's got the results to prove this. Here's a clip of him doing weighted pikes. Another thing to mention is his strength has increased even while in a calorie deficit! Good job JAN THE MAN! The journey has only begun. 👊🏼💪🏼🎉
