The best thing I ever did was educate myself on nutrition and create a maintainable lifestyle. If you can eat the way you like 365 days out of the year & not be a slave to the gym or a number on the scale you will be so much happier. My "off season" food choices is just the same as my "on season" so when it comes post show I don't go off the deep end. Most importantly ・HAVE A PLAN POST SHOW・Your metabolism is pretty low at this point so it's important to take the time to bring caloric intake up without gaining too much unnecessary fat. You can be aggressive or conservative with your increase it's all up to you and your goals!
