Had a super fun upper body workout today! Did a quick 10 min on the arc trainer to get warmed up and then hit every muscle group so went into chin ups, side lateral raises, shoulder press, dumbbell bench press, Tricep push downs, bicep cable curls, and finished up trying out some new ab exercises inspired by @adaripp My new fave is twists on the bosu Ball with ankle weights Sometimes trying out new things and getting creative in the gym is just what I need to remind myself why I love training
