Ropework and I don't mean skipping - How to hit and not be hit and how to drill it using a simple rope.
It's not rocket science the rope centre line is the opponent. You can go forward along the rope, backward, towards the rope laterally and back under the rope laterally BUT all the time you are moving side to side, up and down, forward and back and turning to create angles.

I admit that I'm feeling a little in limbo as I wait for a few hours to pass so I can try my new pain #medicine#regimen
May not seem like a big deal, but this new regimen is what will enable me to go home without IV pain meds. .
It's a higher dose of what I'm currently on, will be staggered to help the relief last longer - but isn't your basic aspirin ... so there are of course risks that could affect my vitals & other involuntary responses. .
But still possible. .
Which means this could either go perfectly and I'll finally be on my way home after 9 days in the hospital
... OR ...
It could not go smoothly and we're back at square one, which means that 9 would become 10 days. ♀️
Don't get me wrong, the staff here has been so caring, fun to get to know ... but I admit that I'm about 5 days past ready to be home.
As I wait for the time to pass, I'm being proactive where I can - and surrendering the rest.
Because I figure I can use all the help I can get - whether #superhero or #superfood , I don't discriminate
