Last night I was able to get a good back and biceps training session in. Lol first photo was taken in the middle of my workout and the second is when I was completely done with my work out. Can you spot the difference lol. I'm definitely feeling it today. Just going to be doing some light cardio. So I can heal before tomorrow's game. #health #fitness #backday #biceps #training #sledhockey #selfimprovement ##sledhockeyplayer #whateverittakes #wheelchairlife #wheelchairfitness #adaptiveathlete #disabledathlete #sledhockeytraining #motivated #determined #dedicated #gymlife #fitlife #gettingfit #backandbiceps #positivevibes #quadriplegic #spinalcordinjury #movingforward #alwaysforward #noexcuses #neverquitting #wontquit #gym

Back in Texas we had NPC rookie @tsquaredd_fit finished one spot outside the box in open and novice, front and center in the military division. Couldn’t be more proud of the kid!

Step 1. Believe it
Step 2. Do the “dirty” work
Step 3. Experience different levels of failure
Step 4. Learn from it/them and do better
Step 5. Hit a small goal
Step 6. Work towards your next small goal.
Step 7. REPEAT

If you believe success is supposed to be quick and you complain about the effort it takes to get there, then chances are you aren’t made for success yet. When you see someone successful, you see them after years of repeating the process above. Don’t ask why it was so easy for someone else to lose the weight or hit a new PR. That’s an insult to them, as if they didn’t put in the same amount of work that you feel you’re doing. THEY PUT IN MORE.

Success comes easy for almost no one. You can (and should) enjoy the process, but if all you want is the outcome and don’t like the road that takes you there, then either pave a new road or find a different destination.
