So Chest Day is here again (I didn't take any days off this week as I will have 2 forced days off the gym next week due to work).
This is day 1 of a Power Week.
Less exercises, less sets, less reps, more weight. Need to give my body a rest from all the high intensity workouts plus need to try and activate other muscle fibres from strengh training.
So today: Flat Barbell Chest Press 4 Sets (10,8,6,4 Reps adding weight) Incline Dumbell Press 4 Sets (4,6,8,10 Reps decreasing weight
Flat Cose Gripe Dumbell Press (dumbells next to each other for inner pec) 3 Sets (10,8,6 Reps)
Incline Cable Bench Fly 4 Sets (15,12,10,8 Reps)
Reverse Cable Cross-Over 4 Sets (15,12,10,8 Reps.
As simple as that. 30min cardio in the stairmaster and no more since I've been doing long walks with my wife everyday.

I want to thank my family first for understanding that I never come by to see them because I'm training and working most of the week, especially my mother who was there for me before I started up my career and paid for my fitness australia registration and paid other bills to get me a job when I was unemployed after school.
I want to thank my partner who was always there for me 100% when I was broken down because I was stressed with work or helped me with big decisions - I wouldn't of done anything without glen.
I want to thank my friends or acquaintances who have been positive and encouraged me to do better - even if I don't know you well.
I want to thank the people who I work with who have taught me new skills that I can use in the future, it feels great to have supportive and motivating co-workers by your side everyday.
