Today was Push Day for me. Push Day is usually where I hit chest, triceps, and shoulders in one session. Usually that’s 2-4 exercises for each of those muscle groups. On paper, it looks like a pretty lengthy workout. It might be 10 different exercises. That itself could be intimidating enough for you to just push it off until the next day. No, you’re not pushing it off, do an essentials workout, it’s simpler, smaller looking, and seems easy to get out of the way. It looks clean on paper, and therefore seems much more manageable for you.

PUSH WORKOUT (Essentials)
Incline Dumbell Bench – 4 sets
Flat Dumbell Bench – 4 sets
Dips – 4 sets
Cable Pushdowns – 4 sets
Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 4 sets

Check it out, you hit each muscle group you needed to, hopefully with good effort, and it probably only took 30-40 minutes. It’s way, way better than nothing!
