I am fortunate to have received kind words of appreciation and thanks from my first few customers. It really is rewarding to know that my designs are bringing colour and joy into peoples lives! It is such a generous gesture when somebody takes the time to acknowledge that they have received a beautiful product, something that they want to see daily in their surroundings or are happy to be seen out & about in! It is a pleasure for me to hear their appreciation of the care, time and creative investment that has gone into producing their product and I thank them all for their positive feedback and for their encouragement....
The website launches on Saturday and I am looking forward to reaching more customers and introducing Fox & Fettle to their lives! The reality that I have created this business in a year and have stock and a website all feels a bit crazy at this moment in time, after so much time & energy invested in preparation for this stage of my journey & now everything is in place!.... but I am beyond excited to see where this journey continues to take me & to continued happiness on this creative path that I am on.... #creativejourney#happycustomers#createeveryday#marchmeetthemaker2018

I always strive to create the best products possible and provide the best service to our customers, so getting positive feedback makes all the effort worthwhile
Forget making sales or making money, it is happy customers that make me buzz!
From the very start I have always put our customers needs first and would solve any issues no matter the cost or time to us.
Any problems, we owned them and made sure everything was right, even if they were not our fault.
If the postal services lost an item, we would send out another item, no qualms
It might have felt like some customers were not worth having but I genuinely cared that each and every customer was happy with both the product and service they received from us.
In the long term that philosophy has paid dividends, we have a good reputation and we have created trust.
Any potential customer can see our history and consistently good feedback and have confidence in our ability to deliver what they want.
It’s nothing groundbreaking, it’s all common sense, but doing it day in day out for over a decade has put us on a great footing for the future.
Two sayings spring to mind; “you reap what you sow” If you look after your customers they’ll look after you.
“Give and thou shalt receive” I’m not religious but I think if you give care, quality and unwavering support to your customers you’ll receive it back.. be it word of mouth, good reviews or repeat business.
