Raisin bread w/ natural honey, organic oranges, organic grapes, and plums, with Lemon & Lime filtered water!!! I've moved my family to a All Plant Diet! We are what we eat. I've always been healthy far as watching the meats we eat. After further research, we've decided to "eliminate all meat" from our diets! Choosing to do so has already led to better results. We have to teach our Woman the proper meals to prepare for our kids OR continue to slowly KILL & poison your child meal by meal!!! If you knew better you would CHOOSE better! Therefore don't be in denial, rather take the time to educate yourself, AT LEAST FOR YOUR FAMILY SAKE!!!

Learning how to get a workout in with a baby has been a struggle. I used to only feel productive at the gym, but I've quickly learned if I don't workout at home I probably won't do it at all. She thinks this yoga mat is for her & tries to climb on my back when I attempt to do push ups. What used to come so easily now takes a little extra umph to get done, but that's okay I just find ways to turn it into something fun for her. How do you work out with your littles?

Here are some facts:
.
🔹A study took MRI of 98 subjects WITHOUT pain. 82% had positive findings (bulge, protrusion or extrusion). Positive findings are normal in healthy, asymptomatic individuals.
.
🔹Research suggests that MRI leads to poorer outcomes in back pain patients.
.
🔹Imaging (for low back pain) without indication of serious underlying conditions (i.e. cancer, fracture) does NOT improve clinical outcomes.
.
🔹On average, the early MRI groups demonstrated $12,948 to $13,816 higher medical costs than the no-MRI groups.

📖 Case study:
Patient above has history of back pain, but currently NO pain and functions at a high level. Recent MD review of MRI placed fear into patient due to explanation of findings (multi level herniation) and mention of surgery.

⚠️Imaging can be helpful, but it is only a piece of the puzzle. It sometimes has clinical implications, but not always. Hence the saying "treat the patient, not the image."

‼️Even if you have pain and a positive MRI, there is no guarantee said structure is the CAUSE of your pain. Seek out a reliable healthcare practitioner to help!
