Quick up and out to brace the dark morning. Clearly it was so dark I didn’t check what a frigging wally I looked like before I took the doggies out for walkies. 🤪
Who cares, we had fun and I was warm! Just a bit alarming for the neighbour as I walked past them, beaming and looking like a total plank!
Even though it’s a case of dragging my arse up I do love getting out first thing for a brisk walk when the Endos allows and is calm. 🤫
It starts the day right, gets me moving, motivated for the day and they are happy mucky pups.

Birer kat koydukça bal dökün üzerlerine böylelikle kavanozunuzu kat kat doldurun. Ağzını kapatıp buzdolabına koyun. Balınız katıdan sıvıya dönüşecek. Şurup olacak!aman hastalanmayın sağlıklı günlerde kalın, olurda kötü hissederseniz bunu hatırlayın .
I see a lot of people around me choosing to make healthier decisions with social media lately. It makes me excited to think that the Internet might be ready to end this era of false perfection and overly curated 'online lives' but only time will tell... either way I am strongly vibing with this movement! Late last year I 'unfollowed' a whole bunch of accounts that weren't resonating with me, and this year I will be more intentional about ensuring that the time I spend online is genuinely bringing me joy! I'll be saying yes to quality over quantity and investing in more meaningful connections, whatever I am creating or consuming, whoever I am interacting with... share your thoughts (& tips) if you are feeling me and want more authenticity in your life and your social media feed!
