Life is full of ups and downs, this week happened to be my turn for a bad hand of cards... After 7 days of hell, IV drips, pain and drugged to my eye balls on morphine and all it’s cousins. I’m HOME getting back on my feet, I left the hospital feeling like a bird with a broken wings thinking how fragile we can be, but each day I’m getting stronger and I’m more determined than ever to achieve my goals!! I say thank you for the reality check and here is my advise: your body will be around a lot longer than an expensive handbag or luxury car, invest in yourself and your time with people you value, and VALUE YOU - just as much..

Oh sweet jesus why have I never made this before!!! Slimming world friendly Cinnamon French Toast (well if you get rid of the golden syrup on top ) .. Should have probably cut the crusts off to make it prettier but I don't mind the crusts tbh! ..
2x Wholemeal Slices Of Bread, 2 Large Eggs, Cinnamon (I used Apple pie seasoning as I didn't have any cinnamon but that had basically cinnamon & nutmeg in), 1x Tbsp of Sweetener. Mix the Eggs, Seasoning & Sweetener together then dip the bread in & fry. Fried using @frylighthq .. Topped with Banana, Strawberries, Golden Syrup & @sweetfreedomuk Coconut Choc Shot
