Some might say “no breakfast” and I can’t argue with that.

That CAN work.

I just don’t really agree with it personally.

Personally, not eating breakfast causes me to be miserable and then overeat the rest of the day.

And I don’t think those two feelings are best for someone starting on their health journey.

Both of those feelings can make you start to associate “health” with pain and that’s the last thing I want to see!

Now, just eating any old thing for breakfast isn’t gonna do the job either.

One thing i will never understand are why some foods are labeled “breakfast foods”. If fruit loops and pop tarts are “breakfast foods”, why aren’t sour patch kids and snickers bars? Lol those would honestly be more beneficial because they have less calories.

All these foods on the left are going to do is spike your blood sugar and cause you to crave more sugar all day.

Remember, just because something is labeled a certain way, doesn’t mean you should actually eat it.

For me, a high protein breakfast in the morning is extremely effective because it immediately stabilizes my blood sugar and keeps my hunger satisfied. So I’ve got energy and my stomach is full.

If you follow me, you know my breakfast of choice... IS THE MOST SAAAAAVAGE BREAKFAST OF ALL TIME.
