Summer smoothie bowl 🍓
High fibre, low sugar, good protein, healthy fats 💥
Recipe: 4 heaped tablespoons my #glutenfree porridge mix (equal amounts of quinoa flakes, raw buckwheat, ground linseed/flaxseed and lots of cinnamon), 1/2 cup frozen berries of choice, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 2 big spoons Greek yoghurt/plain unsweetened - blitz - then I add raw nuts for crunch 💗

• 1 cda ricotta bajo en grasa (aporta proteína)

Es un desayuno perfecto y delicioso, aporta todos los macros: proteína ✅ cereal ✅ grasa ✅ - y todos de buena calidad, proteína de #altovalorbiologico (el 🍳tiene todos los aminoácidos), cereal integral del pan con #fibra para el ❤️, grasas buenas del #aceitedeolivavirgen .
El tomate 🍅 deshidratado en aceite de oliva, es rico en antioxidantes, alto en vitamina C y altísimo en #licopeno (le da el color rojo vibrante) - un antioxidante súper potente que se convierte en vitamina A en nuestro cuerpo. Además, es alto en potasio, hierro y niacina. Protege las células contra daño de radicales libres previniendo enfermedades y entre ellos, el envejecimiento 💁🏻‍♀️. Combinado con el aceite de oliva que es #anticancerigeno y cardioprotector, es un alimento muy rico en nutrientes PERO denso caloricamente- asi qué hay que consumir con moderación.

#IT Torta al matcha, noci e frutti rossi 😋 questa ricetta è ispirata al tortino al matcha buonissimo che ho mangiato al ristorante alessandrino Alli Due Buoi Rossi. Dato che io adoro il tè verde, ho voluto riprodurlo a modo mio, cioè, sano e vegan! La consistenza è quella di una torta molto morbida, come un brownie, non ho aggiunto lo zucchero, ma lo potete mettere se volete. Ho semplicemente mescolato la biomassa di 3 banane verdi (molto semplice da preparare, ve lo farò vedere poi, si ottiene una crema consistente), 80g di farina di riso integrale, 2 cucchiai di farina di semi di lino, 1 cucchiaio grande di cocco grattugiato, 1 cucchiaio super pieno di matcha, cannella e circa 200g di latte di soia. Alla fine ho aggiunto dei frutti rossi secchi, delle noci spezzettate, dei semini di zucca e una bustina di lievito per dolci. 30 in forno medio preriscaldato e via!
