I ❤️ Mexican food, so I've had to get creative to find some healthier versions of my fave dishes! I give you: Shredded Chicken Tacos with collard green wraps. 🌮🌮🌮 These are 175 cals and seriously don't suck. Directions: mix organic taco seasoning, extra chili powder, cumin, siracha, garlic, onion powder, sea salt and pepper, and 2tbsp @braggsacvhealth apple cider vinegar and coat two large chicken breasts. Pressure cook them in an Instant Pot for 12-13 min (or use your slow cooker). While they're cooking, sautée a sliced bell pepper and large yellow onion in a pan still soft, using your taco seasoning. Remove the chicken and shred with two forks, then add back to the pot and coat with alllll the juices! Drop 2oz chicken and 3oz peppers and onions into your collard green wraps, then top with 1oz avocado, fresh cilantro, pico de gallo, more lime juice and siracha to taste. ENJOY! 175 cals: 18p/10c/5f #tacotuesday
