This morning we picked the first of our home grown watermelons! We had to google ‘how to know when your watermelon is ripe’ 😁- what did we do before google??! There was much anticipation, but we nailed it 🙌 Super juicy, super sweet - I couldn’t cut it fast enough for those cheeky little hands! Things really do taste better #homegrown don’t they?

Want to workout? Create a routine that is 1. Small steps. 2. Includes accountability 3. Works for you
So maybe that’s saying that 20 mins a day 3 times a week is feasible and in the vicinity of a routine that you could stick to. And then get a workout partner that will hold you accountable to go to the gym that will ask you where you were if you don’t show up. And choose an activity that you enjoy doing!

Want to get your nutrition in the right place? Start with identifying your current eating patterns, habits, food choices, and change one meal a day into a healthy one! Or decide what you want to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week. Create a grocery list , go shopping for it, and prep some meals. I.e. you can make a ready to go breakfast casserole for a few days and also cook some bulk meat so that two have a few days worth of meals ready to just grab of heat up! Prepping bulk meals takes about the same amount of time as prepping one meal

I admit I didn't really get into #limes until my later years-- I grew up with lemons 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ My first memorable encounter with limes was about 7 years ago when I was in California. It was the first time I watched someone make #guacamole from scratch 😱
It tasted so fresh & so good & of course fresh limes were on hand & part of the recipe! My life was forever changed!!! 🙌🏽💚
