I was just in my own head enjoying my lifts when i looked over and saw i think 90kgs? on the bar. Often when you see that the squats arent full depth but she was sinkin em! it made me happy and i made a point to tell her how good they were. Dream numbers right there to be reppin 90s!! I don't usually go for heavy cleans without the jerk, however, my jerk was ass today so I thought "why not?" Anyway here's one ugly max @ 120kg followed by a series of fails @ 124.5kg #humpday .

I had enough time at the bottom at that last rep to contemplate how much I suck at high bar, wonder how anybody could possibly like high bar in the first place, make my grocery list for the week, and reflect on some questionable life choices I made in the past . Everytime I set foot in the gym, I aim for a PB every session. Today I did my high bar squats and because I did 105 last time I did 110. Yh, I know, I'm not hitting depth here but I'm gonna do some work on that and swap my snatch deadlifts for front squats. Pray for me thanks @steveokk for
Max squat day! Been stuck around the 130's for a while and today I finally hit 140, 145 (shown) and I was soooo close to getting 150! But without my coach @cjferguson_perth I think I still would be stuck around the 130's. With every program so far I've been able to hit a 10kg PB
When your day is just going to shits. Deficits started off good then it went downhill from there. Last rep in the last set I just couldn’t anymore. 1&1/4 squats were a disaster. 3rd Set in I just bombed and I couldn’t get back up so I just sat there. Coach was like you can just drop it off your back you know?! ..I just didn’t want to move, plus it was quite comfortable sitting there atg with 60kgs on your back! ♀️
