JUST MORE SQUATS Bench and DLs are just garbage this peak, but squats are the strongest they’ve ever been so I’ll take it.
245x4x4- My 1RM a few weeks ago was 245 and now I can do these for sets, 10 pounds lighter for bw (legit the only thing going well this peak)

High bar squats tonight at 405lbs for 3x4. Working on by bracing, where the weight is in my foot, and keeping the angle of the back as close to constant as possible throughout the movement. Very happy with how these went and have room for further improvement with all of the things I was working on
