I am back to daily #yoga. I interviewed @veganmarathoner on his practice (@paperplaneyoga) and his life changes through yoga. And I realize that while I have a ways to go on the meditative front, I do enjoy some #yogaeverydamnday - even if just 5 minutes. So that's what I did before my day began this AM. Here's to meeting ourselves where we are--imperfections and all--with compassion AND with positive determination to just keep moving forward.
You're never to young to start yoga! Did you know we run Children's Yoga classes? They take place every Saturday at 10:15am in Watford.
