Full quad activation single leg raises. 50kg for 10 reps 10 times per leg before hack squat then close footed leg press. Hamstring DB curls next on a decline bench superset with DB straigh leg deadlifts. Legs failed next day untill i did hot yoga.
Post class playtime. This inversion has been on my 'to-do' list for aaaages.... Finally worked up the confidence to go up away from the wall. Felt AMAZING.

Pigeon in Progreso. It is interesting how there are different yoga cultures in different places. Here at @bikramyogamerida the students arrive juuuuust before class or even 5 minutes late...back at @hotyogahousetriangeln students can arrive as early as 30 min before class to stretch and relax in the hot room. Not to say that one it better than the other, just interesting how different we are in some ways even if we are exactly the same in others
