Rest days can be just as important as workouts. Psyched about the timing I of today's rest day in my workout program. I feel like I'm coming down with something , so I'm just taking care of myself and trying to get as many nutrients in as I can. Around here, I take care of everyone else AND me, so I can't afford to be sick. (Is it just me or is it a #momthing ?)
Tomorrow AM I'm off to the doctor's!
