Anywho, here’s my entire workout!! Give this workout a go, promise your delts will thank you later! . seated dumbbell shoulder press 4x10. tri set: lateral raise/front raise/bent over y raises 4x10 super set: behind the head shoulder press (10 reps)/shrugs (20 reps) 4 sets. super set: single arm face pull/rope face pulls (both arms). 4x10. super set: dbl upright rows/Arnold press 4x10 lateral raise 4x30. curl to press 4x10.
Frozen Heart 50K...debating all week if I should run it since it was calling for rain. Let’s just say I needed a break from the interesting running conditions of the past couple of races. Well the good Lord heard my prayer. No rain except for the last 20 mins or so...I’ll take it. The trail wasn’t too bad and the temps were pretty good. Each loop ended up being 11 miles and I’m not sure how that was supposed to equal 31 miles/50K but hey it was a training run so I rolled with it. Thankful to have seen this through. I've been MIA for a while now, trying to figure somethings out and put structures in place. The worse thing that can ever happen to an entrepreneur especially one in the creative field is self doubt.
