Seafood generally whether fresh, smoked or dried, comes with it's natural smell. As a crayfish dealer, I don't fancy the smell that emanates from the bags of crayfish, what can I do, I sell crayfish so i have to deal with it.
I researched and experimented with ways in which this smell can go away or be minimized. Here are the most effective two:
1. Put an open bottle of vinegar in the room where the crayfish is being stored or kept.
2. Place an open can of baking soda in the room where the crayfish is being stored and you won't perceive that smell.
