Its incredible to me just how many Indians think they have to stop eating their favourite foods, just to lose weight.
Segregating yourself from your culture and family will develop phobias of food and a negative association with your long term health, exercise and nutrition.
Weight loss will occur during a period of eating lower calories than you expend. There are plenty of variables, but in essence... if you are willing to control your intake and train to your highest ability... you will take huge strides forwards in your goal to lose weight.
