I get asked this question SOOOOO much! .
So I thought I’d touch lightly (lol me lightly? Like hell imma go into depth) on the subject... _____________________
So when will you start seeing results?! .
Well it all depends on the effort you apply and how determined you are for 1! ♀️ .
It also depends on how your eating... .
Anddd on your bodies natural metabolism (let’s all remember no two of us are the exact same)
So I’m going to share with you my own personal experience with how long until I saw results... .
Obviously when I started the first stone I wouldn’t say was hugely noticeable, don’t get me wrong I noticed but I was still big (starting weight 12 stone 1) within 3 months I had lost over 2 stone, THAT was when I noticed after 3 months of training hard eating a high protein low carb diet and doing a high cardio routine 6x a week I noticed I huge difference - fat loss more muscle definition and tone! .
However when we see ourselves daily it’s hard to say oh hey I look like I’ve lost it because we are our own worst critic!
I’d say probably in the last 6 months is when I’ve noticed my muscle gain, quads and abs develop! .
Whenever I gain weight it’s always on my arms hip and love handles, I’d say this is where I hold onto it and in the past few months I’ve really minimised it, through eating 6 meals a day, weight training and minimal cardio
The most important thing we need to remember and I know I always bang on about it but TRUST the process, even if you don’t feel like your progressing each and every day your changing and getting 1 step closer to your goal!
