10 minutes 10k PR!! .
. I am so proud of Athlete @lexi.lynn.1992! She ran her fastest 10k on Sunday within her quarter marathon race with a PR by a little over 10 minutes! Lexi is looking stronger than ever coming into the finish! She recalls feeling drained and like she exhausted all she had feeling pathetic last year and this year feeling like she had a good race strategy to finish strong. One thing I know for sure is that no effort ever given is pathetic, finishing any race is a huge accomplishment! .
Even with working full time, volunteering, and job shadowing she always makes time for her workouts! She is truly a no excuse woman and it shows in her progress! .

I just couldn't stand this 'light exercise' I'm supposed to be doing during the Ultimate Reset....so I plugged in the date for the Tupelo Half Marathon in my Run Less Run Faster app and started my training. Today was 12x400 m intervals. I'm a little pooped now!
This plan is 3 days of running and 2 days of cross training so it works good with my other workouts. I can keep working out with @shauntfitness or @tonyshorton or maybe even @sagikalevthebeast on those days! #runhappy#runlessrunfaster#halfmarathon
Last "speed" workout until the marathon! 7 miles total: 2 mile warmup, 4 x 5 min @ GMP (8:45-8:55) with 90 sec recoveries, 2 mile cool down. Wasn't feeling too great this morning but my legs are feeling good! One last ART/chiro appt tonight and I'll be good to go
Hello IG ! Morning run à jeun avec la louloute. On a voulu y aller avant la chaleur, mais vu le ciel gris du moment.... bref on s'est levées à 5h30 et on a profité du réveil de la nature.
On a même fait un peu de fartlek avec des pointes à 4'10 et on a kiffé toutes les deux
