Workin’ on dem’ booty gains today 🍑! Did legs, glutes, & abs today with 1mile sprints in between my sets for a total of 3miles @7:40avg pace. .
I’ve been really happy with my “leaning out” process so far by counting my macros. I feel like I’m constantly eating & I’m actually looking more lean! My diet consists of 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat for 5wks & then I’ll readjust those numbers for another 5wks.

I started running May 2017 and the first run was a disaster (3.15k in about 40min)- I was accompanied by a friend who had to put up with my "I hate running, worse idea ever, i cannot breathe" 🤣😂 After 5 months of more less regular trainings I am able to run 9k, though I stopped for a long at about 5. The initial idea was just to build physical strength during summer and then start skipping runs and blame it on lack of time, but now I cannot imagine a single week without outdoor running 🏃It is highly addictive, though I strongly recommend it! Endorphins, fresh air, contact with nature, and what is more- building endurance 💪🏻 I had in mind running just 5k several times a week, but since I went a bit further, aim is regular 10k, then 15k, 21,098k... my determination will determine it 🙈And yes, this friend keeps reminding me of my words 😂
